You may have forgotten your User Name and/or Password. For security purposes, there is a limited number of log in attempts allowed and your account has been blocked for that reason. You will need to contact LightSource Support to have your Account unlocked.
If you have had your account unlocked and still are unable to log in or view any episodes, please check to make sure you are using your browser's most current version.
If you use Internet Explorer, Version 8 or older, this is most likely the reason you are experiencing issues. Hello,
If you use Mozilla Firefox, we recommend upgrading your browser to Firefox 12 or higher.
Once you have upgraded, please try watching episodes and/or logging into your Salem All-Pass Account again.
