Whenever you see the message regarding 'subscription failed' during a Live Event, this means that the ministry, rather than LightSource.com, is not providing the video at that time due to starting late, finishing early or may be experiencing difficulty.  There is nothing you need to download on your end, but you may need to Refresh the page for you to view the stream once the ministry program begins providing the video.
